Closes #222.

RED-first registry/security follow-up. The first commit proves StarIntel compatibility inherits its live endpoint, inline credentials, and explicit secret-file paths despite the temporary XDG home. Implementation follows only after exact RED failure; the environment must be restored after the fake-dependency context exits.
