Bounded continuation of the dedicated anarchist-violence area-code shard-A workflow.

Processes valid U.S. shard-A NPAs 234, 240, 252, and 267. Adds current public-source StarIntel records for Canton Food Not Bombs, Food Not Bombs Frederick, Wooden Shoe Books, and Food Not Bombs West Philly, with separate investigation targets, explicit area-code discovery relations, and a research-pass record. 252 is preserved as a zero-hit control rather than padded.

Durable coverage advances fresh scanning to 270. PR #2347 (219-231) is explicitly preserved as pending because its exact head is green but the PR became non-mergeable after concurrent main changes; this PR does not falsely mark those records landed.

Sources include current first-party org sites, current public community-resource listings, current food-resource listings, local reporting, and the existing NANPA authority record. No individual membership/political-affiliation inference.

Merge only if exact-head document/site validation is green and mergeability remains clean.
