Bounded continuation of the dedicated anarchist-violence shard-A area-code workflow.

Processes current valid U.S. shard-A NPAs 270, 276, 279, and 303. Materializes four current public organizations across Sacramento and Denver: Sacramento Free School, Sacramento Punks With Lunch, Denver Community Fridges, and Mutual Aid Monday. Each gets a separate canonical org, separate investigation-target, and explicit area-code discovery relation. Sacramento Free School also gets an explicit public Signal-announcement-surface relation from its current first-party page.

270 (western Kentucky) and 276 (southwest Virginia) are preserved as zero-hit controls rather than padded with generic charities or uncertain/inactive leads. Durable fresh scanning advances to 309.

Coverage state also preserves the prior non-landed ranges: PR #2347 (219-231) remains non-mergeable after concurrent main changes; PR #2353 (234-267) is non-mergeable and its exact-head validation failed because its research-pass used undeclared v0.9 field data.methodology. This pass uses the current merged research-pass contract and data.method instead.

Sources are current first-party organization pages plus July/May 2026 corroboration where useful. No individual membership or political-affiliation inference.

Merge only if exact-head validation is green and mergeability remains clean.
