Materializes the next bounded shard-C area-code enumeration for the anarchist-violence corpus: current NANPA-valid geographic NPAs 248, 251, and 254.

This pass adds 26 canonical StarIntel v0.9 packet records under digs/anarchist-violence/2026-09-08-area-code-shard-c-pass-4/:

  • 7 source
  • 6 org
  • 6 separate recursive investigation-target
  • 6 typed NPA/locality relation
  • 1 research-pass

Retained organizations:

  • NPA 248: Fifth Estate — current explicit anarchist publishing collective by first-party self-description, with Ferndale public mailing address.
  • NPA 251: Mobile Bay DSA; Wade in the Water.
  • NPA 254: Waco Mutual Aid; Killeen Creators; S.C.R.A.P. Collective.

Evidence boundary: Fifth Estate is explicitly anarchist by first-party source. The remaining organizations are preserved as socialist, mutual-aid, social-justice, food-security, or environmental/community adjacent and are not relabeled anarchist absent explicit evidence.

Public communications/social yield includes Mobile Bay DSA's current public Linktree with Facebook, Facebook Group, Bluesky, X, Reddit, and a free-to-join Discord server; Waco Mutual Aid's public Instagram link in recent local reporting; and Killeen Creators' public Facebook surface.

All six exact organization names returned no repository code-search matches before packet creation. The GitHub connector fallback was used for branch/file materialization; no normalized db/ records were hand-edited.
