ADADR research on procurement alerts, federal award context, and SEC filing change signals for possible paid products. Includes pending research approval, source contracts, business validation gaps, adversarial review, and index. Exact HEAD a582f63a28: site build passes (251 pages, 61 PlantUML blocks). Baseline failures remain: 255 document audit violations, one unit test canonical-ID collision, partial approval metadata in QUASAR-RESEARCH-006, and a broken link from STAR-RESEARCH-053 to missing 033. No revenue or publication is claimed; research approval and customer validation remain pending.
