Consumes #172. Android-only bounded slice after #280: adds the explicit Trealla runtime lifecycle boundary that the future JNI binding will implement. It does not claim native Trealla parity and does not touch Zara core/daemon/runtime ownership.

Recovery note: replacement PR #283 first reached full exact-head green on 59de1e9a468672353f83ca6064bcc9070f658246, then sibling core PR #281 advanced protected master to 800a740a36b57969cb5cf6bafbbf9dd52d68e4fe. The Android branch was refreshed with merge commit 934aa4e6049b3b82202820f559b38a740e6518a8, preserving the tested RED/GREEN history while taking the canonical core changes. Direct comparison against current master contains only the two Android lifecycle files plus append-only RAGE evidence.

Current exact head is be75c73c0b32ca4cabd4837ca41e685d967e1ae3 after documenting the stale-base recovery. Fresh exact-head CI run 33566921040 is required before merge.
