Recovery wrapper for the exact tested Android #172 candidate from closed draft #294.

Head 416a88584a3b1c6aaefe9f9cd3d52c510fb978e0 is unchanged from #294. Exact-head CI run 33620230333 completed successfully; #294 was mergeable with no reviews or unresolved threads. The draft→ready GraphQL mutation is unavailable because GitHub rejects the connector query on the obsolete fullDatabaseId field, so this non-draft PR preserves the identical implementation/tested head without replaying or modifying code.

Scope remains Android/shared-portability only: canonical resolver resources are packaged for Android Trealla, staged atomically into app-private storage, and exposed through resolve_frames/4. Sibling core PR #295 is core-only and disjoint.

Do not merge if this wrapper produces any new pending/failing/inconclusive exact-head gate or if mergeability/review state changes.
