Consumes the remaining documentation acceptance slice of #260 from exact master e15fe203c69ef8196430aa5479158ccfde2e2322 after #306 merged.

Scope is documentation-only:

  • add wiki/customization.org covering [hooks] gates, user hooks.pl/hooks.py, advice kinds and override policy, named [agent].backend selection, service-plugin ownership/cleanup, Prolog customization, callback-free diagnostics, security boundaries, and recovery;
  • add append-only rage/260-customization-wiki.org with immutable start/research/design/verification evidence.

No runtime behavior, Android production code, provider/model, or plugin repository changes.

Ordinary behavioral RED/GREEN TDD is not applicable because this slice changes no executable behavior; full repository/Nix/package/shared-mic/Android exact-head CI remains the merge gate.

Do not merge until exact-head CI is conclusively green and review/thread state is clean.
