Summary

redesign Quick Copilot and full chat with the Signal Cabin component system
add Signal Cabin, Dotfiles Outrun, Nord, Dracula, and ChatGPT Neutral themes
replace separate send and stop actions with one streaming-aware native composer control
add a persistent settings workspace with actual config.toml editing
add a syntax-highlighted Prolog source editor plus guided managed facts for apps, intents, and supported config facts
