Superseded by the earlier canonical reopened-#132 transaction in #192 (rage/132-visible-stt-regression).

This duplicate was created after the GitHub/CI continuation-path correction before the overlapping remote branch was noticed. Its useful adversarial contribution is the deterministic in-flight cancel-vs-STT publication regression; that coverage is being reconciled into #192 rather than maintaining two competing RAGE branches.

Historical TDD evidence retained here: exact test-only head 809275b94dc57c36803431af816d6d6206962eef, CI #501 failed exactly on the missing transcript runtime contract while both shared-mic jobs stayed green.

Do not merge this PR.
