Immutable RAGE start: b9463faf4f69bcc92c0db16941ea27ae0c252327.

Control plane: .rage.toml sets control_plane.adadr_mode = "auto-rage"; the canonical external RAGE + ADADR skills and repository workflow are recorded in the append-only work log.

Auto-RAGE Iteration 2 decision

REJECT realization at the current repository state.

Research/adversarial review disproved readiness for a truthful final daemon Voice-release matrix:

  • #132 is reopened because its client-visible partial/final transcript acceptance is not implemented by the current STT -> runtime -> ZARA/1 path.
  • #191 now owns the missing authenticated ZARA/1 tool lifecycle + explicit approval interaction required by #134.
  • Required provider/streaming/soak behavior remains owned by the existing #17 -> #28 -> #29 -> #30 -> #31 chain and will be composed by #134 rather than duplicated here.

No #134 release script or production implementation was started after the autonomous decision gate denied Realize. Existing generic CI must not be interpreted as Voice-release authority because the final release matrix is intentionally not realized while its owning prerequisites are missing.

This PR must remain draft and unmerged. Standalone remains retained; no daemon-default/canonicality claim is authorized. A later #134 iteration must restart Analyze from then-current evidence after the blockers resolve and must still pass local full Nix gates plus exact-head GitHub Actions before any merge/canonicality decision.
