Post-merge RAGE bookkeeping for completed #133.

Records:

  • immutable RAGE start 4c6018b30ff4be2e168551f0cf256f8333bc58af;
  • exact final feature head 3e626b47de7830b5c9ffbd6d516259c0be7b66af;
  • authoritative CI #484 / run 32679086667 full green result;
  • PR #188 merge 487996d56467f5227c5c6b1178333fbf1ee6d8a0 and issue #133 completed state;
  • #134 as the next dependency-satisfied daemon issue on a later iteration;
  • ADADR control-plane discovery finding: Zara uses the canonical RAGE workflow, but no durable ADADR/Auto-RAGE mode is currently selected, so #134 architecture must not silently assume Auto-RAGE.

No production behavior changes.
