Consumes #131 under daemon epic #127 / TASK #139.

RAGE start SHA: 71615bcd4cdece940db433cb79ea46fe9ad085e3.

Current state is intentionally TDD-red: research/design are recorded and the first principal-isolation contract tests are committed before production changes. The branch must remain draft until exact-head focused/full/Nix/platform gates are green.
