Consumes #172 under the repository RAGE protocol.

Replacement for draft #266 after GitHub's ready-for-review mutation failed on the platform-side fullDatabaseId GraphQL bug. This PR points at the identical already-tested head b6bd0ad481f175faaa9bcb9b1a3094b4291d46b7; no code changed during wrapper replacement.

Immutable RAGE start: ce3271bde9df5215754c91f97ea1d8986af00022.

This slice freezes the Android-visible portable semantic bundle contract selected by #170 before JNI/Trealla integration:

  • explicit semantic contract version ZARA-SEMANTIC/1;
  • exact closed portable Prolog/core fixture resource paths;
  • path-safety invariant preventing absolute/traversal resource names.

TDD evidence:

  • RED head f60d84531b8e3f5e2cb651f23fbc3d8275066324: CI run 33478293453 failed only the Android gate at its unit/build/secret step; repository test and both shared-mic jobs stayed green.
  • GREEN implementation b9aeb5cd7412c1dcffe3de4f38402e3399ec2e7a.
  • exact candidate head b6bd0ad481f175faaa9bcb9b1a3094b4291d46b7: CI run 33482617246 completed successfully.

No sibling-core Python/task/context/voice files are touched. No second assistant runtime, server authority, provider logic, credential material, or executable Prolog surface is introduced.
