Advances #377 / #1.

RAGE RED transaction on current canonical main. Adds deterministic coverage requiring malformed timeout and executable descriptors to fail during PrologRLMBridge construction before SWI-Prolog execution.

Intentionally RED until the minimal implementation lands. No Core bypass, cross-plugin composition, or external todo work.
