Outcome

Retires the old autonomous StarIntel Agent Zero product-worker control plane after migration to lost-rob0t/hackmode#30.

The old profiles remain as fail-closed migration tombstones so stale Agent Zero installations get an explicit stop/migration instruction instead of silently continuing product work:

starintel-implementation
starintel-verification

The old installer no longer installs a StarIntel worker profile. It may still copy the reusable skill pack, then prints the Hackmode migration destination.

New worker home

Live autonomous development workers are now in Hackmode:

hackmode-rage-database
hackmode-rage-hackpert

They work on Hackmode and may touch StarIntel only for explicitly authorized cyber/BBP work such as security review, attack-surface/recon analysis, authorized testing, security integration validation, or security finding/evidence projection.

They do not select or implement ordinary StarIntel product backlog work.

Historical research/design artifacts remain valid; this PR retires worker execution authority, not the research corpus.
