Mechanical reconciliation only. Current main at 1409f5385de4c055ec8956b4dc5f84b48ad534e8 changes CI/frontend E2E paths; rage/41-autodig-lifecycle changes control-plane/system/test paths. GitHub compare shows zero overlapping changed paths from merge base 560208d0906cf564dd59050bca9a0f9341a3c55d.

Purpose: merge current main into the lifecycle branch without rewriting the previously green lifecycle commits, then rerun exact-head CI before reopening the owning #41 implementation PR.

No semantic lifecycle changes are introduced by this reconciliation PR.
