Scope

Audit keyboard navigation, focus management, dialogs, menus, panels, inspectors, tables, and command surfaces.
Add accessible names, status announcements, reduced-motion behavior, contrast-safe tokens, and visible focus states.
Provide non-canvas alternatives or summaries for critical graph and map information.
Configure touch targets, long-press/context actions, resizable-panel handles, and responsive layouts.
Add automated accessibility checks to critical Playwright workflows.

Acceptance criteria

Core graph editing, save/open, undo/redo, import/export, and action invocation are keyboard accessible.
Critical status changes are announced without excessive noise.
The app remains usable at narrow desktop/tablet widths and high zoom.
Reduced-motion mode disables nonessential animation.
Documented accessibility checks pass in CI.
