Scope

Define a typed selection message with synchronization group, stable IDs, identifier kinds, origin, graph revision, geographic extent, time extent, mode, and correlation ID.
Coordinate graph, table, map, timeline, inspector, and dashboard selections.
Add shared filter and time-window state with explicit publish/consume rules.
Prevent feedback loops and stale-revision updates.

Acceptance criteria

Selection can originate in any primary view and focus the others.
Correlation IDs prevent event loops.
Components may opt into specific synchronization groups.
Stale selection events are ignored or reconciled explicitly.
End-to-end tests cover replace, add, remove, intersect, and preview modes.
