Adds the Agent Zero DOX/tool adapter, prompt compiler integration, production OpenRouter transport hardening, external tool packs, and deterministic runtime repairs.\n\nValidation:\n- aggregate PlUnit: 762/762 passed\n- live OpenRouter core lane previously: 7/7 passed\n- Nix flake check and package build passed before the later resource-limited Agent Zero build was stopped
