Summary

Reconciles docs/prolog-agent-roadmap.md after #86 landed.

  • records the effectful rlm_tool adoption slice as merged;
  • narrows the remaining #79 work to provider, effectful MCP request, and lifecycle/process paths;
  • removes the stale claim that #86 is still open/unmerged.

Documentation only. No runtime or test changes.
