Document-first bounded slice:

  • canonical design: research/LLM-LOG-RESEARCH-046-outcome-supersession-history.org
  • RED integration contract: expert/tests/outcome-history-red.lisp

Expected untouched-baseline RED: current Prolog only derives authoritative user rejection/unknown, and query_outcome_history is not declared. Production mutation is intentionally withheld until the exact-head RED executes.

No dotfiles, Tek9, provider-census, #13 analytics, Beagle, or PR #5 changes are included.
