Canonical ARADR: research/LLM-LOG-RESEARCH-039-request-classifier-task-id.org

RED-only slice. Adds no production classifier/query behavior. The focused contract requires restart-durable bounded history by explicit task_id; baseline currently persists task identity but has no declared task selector/index path.

Expected RED: Common Lisp expert integration contract fails on the new task-only history query while existing expert, Python policy/transport, and Home Manager contracts remain unchanged.

Do not merge until the exact RED is independently observed, then the same contract is driven GREEN with only the bounded Common Lisp/Tek9 index-path implementation and separate evidence Org.
