Closes #137.

Replacement for draft PR #157 because the ready-for-review connector mutation is currently broken; this PR points to the same exact tested head.

RED evidence: 9851c439f18e602a434e1b6c2a75a25a24de30b7 recorded core failure while monorepo and agent-framework-boundary were green.

GREEN evidence on exact head f530303c0e6d8d174c49d85214561a55810ad08c: core, monorepo, and agent-framework-boundary all succeeded.

Implementation adds typed provider transport support, explicit capture-mode resolution without silent downgrade, deterministic client-profile selection, coherence validation, and safe profile provenance with credential-bearing headers filtered.

Fence: provider/runtime policy only; no database internals, no Hackpert selection policy, no StarIntel product work.
