Packages OpenAI's official Linux ChatGPT RPM for Arch Linux.

• pinned upstream version/checksum
• installs launcher, app bundle, desktop entry, icons, docs, and AppArmor profile
• maps the RPM runtime requirements to Arch dependencies
• includes synchronized .SRCINFO
• CI builds the package in an Arch container and verifies expected installed paths
