Summary

Make Bixby Studio compatible with the dotfiles-wide unstable migration.

  • switch standalone nixpkgs input from nixos-24.05 to nixos-unstable
  • remove the insecure OpenSSL 1.1 exception
  • replace removed openssl_1_1 FHS dependency with current openssl_3

This is required because current unstable removed openssl_1_1, and dotfiles now deliberately makes child flakes follow the root unstable nixpkgs input.
