What changed

replace the old split default/old packaging with one canonical FHS-wrapped package
keep the legacy runtime libraries Bixby Studio's Electron build expects
stop depending on nixGL for basic startup
add a stable bixby-studio launcher and apps.default
add desktop integration
disable GPU acceleration by default, with BIXBY_STUDIO_ENABLE_GPU=1 opt-in
document nix run and Home Manager usage
add CI that evaluates and builds the package from Samsung's vendor archive

Samsung's live Developer Center currently advertises Bixby Developer Studio 8.23.1-r24c.2843029 for Linux. The package version remains aligned with that release.

Related dotfiles wiring is handled separately because the current dotfiles input points bixby-studio at lost-rob0t/org-vector and installs the flake input instead of its package.
