Port of the draggable compact graph editor behavior from core lost-rob0t/quasar PR #29.

What changed

  • drag compact document/relation/research editor shells by the header on desktop
  • clamp the moved editor inside the graph editor layer
  • keep the mobile bottom-sheet editor non-draggable
  • add rendered-shell coverage for the draggable marker

Sync

This intentionally mirrors the core implementation so Auto Dig stays aligned with the canonical Quasar editor.
