Closes #22.

Summary

Preserves the user-facing intent of stale PR #6 without restoring its public-script/MutationObserver shell injection.

adds the StarIntel Discord link as a first-class shared-shell surface;
exposes it in the desktop sidebar footer and the full mobile gesture navigation;
keeps the external URL in one shared UI-core constant;
opens externally with noopener noreferrer;
adds desktop and mobile Playwright coverage;
stays on the repaired #23 UI/E2E baseline and leaves legacy DOM enhancement dead.

Architecture

This change belongs to the shared Quasar shell boundary. It does not mutate rendered navigation after the fact and does not reintroduce OperatorUiEnhancer-style DOM reconciliation.

Merge gate

Merge only when exact-head CI is green.
