Continues consumed Android issue #172 from current master a77e4e866d38019f24af7ec3518f419e86f91e35 after PR #271 exposed a deterministic Android test-harness path bug.

RED evidence remains preserved in the append-only RAGE log. The production slice is unchanged in authority: package the closed ZARA-SEMANTIC/1 portable Prolog core and canonical fixture seed under Android assets only.

Recovery fix: PortableSemanticAssetsTest now resolves assets relative to the Gradle :app project test working directory (src/main/assets) instead of incorrectly looking under app/src/... from inside the app project.

No Zara daemon/core/runtime files changed. Do not merge until exact-head Android + full repository CI are green.
