Goal

Build, publish, install and human-verify the exact Zara Android release candidate on an actual supported Samsung Galaxy device.

GitHub deliverables

For the exact candidate SHA:

reproducible signed release APK built by the documented GitHub Actions workflow;
APK uploaded as a non-expiring GitHub Release asset, not only an expiring Actions artifact;
debug/test APK retained as an exact-head Actions artifact where appropriate;
SHA-256 checksum, package/application ID, versionCode/versionName, min/target SDK, signing-certificate fingerprint and source commit recorded in release notes and application diagnostics;
clean-checkout build command and provenance/attestation where supported;
download/install instructions and server compatibility/configuration requirements;
CI required checks green for the exact release commit/tag.

Mandatory real Samsung acceptance

A human must install that exact APK and record device model, Android/One UI version and evidence for:

selection as Digital assistant;
supported system invocation and configured Side-button integration;
assistant operation with ordinary UI closed;
real voice conversation and barge-in;
compatible Clock timer;
arbitrary configured app;
stock YouTube and configured Vanced/ReVanced provider;
default browser;
official ChatGPT launch and truthful handoff result;
device calendar and Zara calendar;
Zara tasks;
Termux named action/result;
SmartThings device command;
a new Prolog-defined verb/command without rebuilding the APK;
restart persistence, offline/reconnect and revocation;
exact installed APK/head identity.

Automation must report hardware cases pending until the human performs them.

Acceptance

The GitHub Release provides a downloadable runnable APK whose exact bytes are proven on real Samsung hardware, all required exact-head CI is green, and #194/#152 can be closed without unsupported claims.
