P0 registry metadata agreement: the compatibility gate already compared name/version/API/type but silently ignored description drift between plugins.json and runtime PluginMetadata.

RAGE transaction

  • RED-first d5d781e0: deterministic description mismatch error names the plugin and expected/observed metadata.
  • implementation 7c7b31c5: includes description in runtime metadata agreement for every published service, in both source-tree and installed-runtime compatibility runs.

No runtime/authorization expansion. Full registry/plugin checks and generated Nix package builds are mandatory before merge.
