Closes #224.

RED-first registry/security transaction. zara-avatar consumes ZARA_AVATAR_RENDERER during start and queues a renderer probe, so inherited host environment can execute a real renderer command during compatibility. This draft exists to prove the RED head before the narrow fake-dependency isolation fix.
