Follow-up/detail for #26: scanning ordinary messages and letting Mara inspect their body requires Discord's privileged Message Content intent. The plugin should request it only when the operator explicitly enables inspection/random moderation behavior, document the Developer Portal toggle, and fail clearly when Discord withholds content instead of pretending inspection is complete. Metadata-only operation should remain possible where appropriate.
