Goal

Build a native Starintel graph investigation application that shares the Emacs/web graph contract.

Scope

Accept the exported graph JSON path as a command-line argument.
Support large-graph filtering and progressive loading.
Visualize projects, actors, datasets, documents, citations, and implementation state.
Display Prolog paths and proof/explanation traces.
Open nodes and asset directories in Emacs.
Package the application for NixOS.
Route all writes through validated workflow operations.
