Design-review transaction for Auto-Research #195 and
lost-rob0t/starintel-server#41.The canonical design will preserve the existing
star.runtimelifecycle/composition authority, the #40 typed-port/application-service boundary, existing injected-function seams, and the backend-neutral lease-store protocol. It will define a dependency-ordered extraction of concrete HTTP, CouchDB, RabbitMQ, Valkey, and scheduler/timer adapters without a big-bang rewrite or adapter-to-adapter orchestration. The first proposed realization must be bounded and RED-first, with application behavior testable through fake ports before concrete adapter wiring.
Implementation authorization is PENDING / AWAITING_OPERATOR_APPROVAL. Design readiness, publication, or machine review does not authorize implementation.
