This research branch is intentionally closed without merge during the 2026-08-19 PR-backlog reconciliation.

The branch assigned RLM-RESEARCH-010 to the older logic-native RRLM control-plane study, but canonical main now assigns RLM-RESEARCH-010 to the symbolic prompt compiler. Merging this branch would reintroduce a duplicate research ID and stale index state.

The substantive follow-up directions from this study have also moved into later evidence/verifier and durable-effect work (#56, #57 and descendants), so this PR is historical input rather than a current integration candidate.

The branch is preserved for reference; no production code is being discarded.
