Documentation: installation guide, troubleshooting + safe diagnostic collection, release report; README index updated
Release gate: 1155 tests across 5 suites, all passing, zero skipped/expected-failure (enforced by scripts/test-report and check-policy)
Failure-injection: verify-failure-modes 9/9, verify-e2e-failure-modes 6/6 inside the canonical gate and CI
Dependency/license review published in docs/release/v0.1.md
Known limitations and the two explicitly-open issues (#35, #40) documented with rationale

Signed v0.1 tag follows on main after merge.
