Implements the first database-owned slice of #142.

Adds a typed visual-evidence persistence boundary for stable operation/run/job identity, screenshot evidence references/digests, URL/title/status/browser/profile metadata, optional capture-session + HTTP-exchange correlation, replay idempotency, divergent replay conflict, and typed singular/plural fetches.

The binary screenshot remains outside normal graph fields: canonical state stores only evidence reference + digest. Browser spawning/scheduling stays outside this slice, and no StarIntel product code is touched.

The identical head was already green under superseded draft PR #144; this normal PR exists only because the connector's ready-for-review mutation failed. Re-verify this PR's exact-head checks before merge.
