Wire Mara's desktop Zara profile to the existing plugin ecosystem and add repo-local symbolic experts.

Requirements:

Install coding/editor/files/context/git/shell tools plus Brave knowledge search, mobility/transit, timers, and zara-expert by default.
Add todoExpert Prolog KB as a derived projection of canonical Org TODOs.
Add roamExpert and a deterministic Mara intent/tool router.
Emacs owns Org mutations/query adapters; Prolog reasons over projections and never becomes a competing task store.
Keep secrets outside Nix/Git.
Add regression tests and docs.
