Teach DotfilesExpert to answer "where do I edit this?" and "what must I regenerate/rebuild/reload?" from symbolic ownership facts.

Required relations:

canonical_source;
generated_output;
tangles_to;
installs_to / deploys_to;
symlink/source target;
Home Manager option/file ownership;
host/profile applicability;
required regeneration;
required verification gate;
mutable local/private override.

Reuse AGENTS.md and existing KB facts as provenance-bearing sources; do not infer authority from filenames alone.

Acceptance:

deployed .bashrc resolves to bash.org where applicable;
tangled Qtile/Emacs fixtures identify canonical Org source;
