Integrate DotfilesExpert with NixExpert rather than duplicating Nix semantics.

Required subgoals:

identify flake/module/Home Manager ownership;
map host/profile to effective module sources;
explain option/file projection;
diagnose parse/eval/module merge failures through NixExpert evidence;
propose source-level repair target;
identify required nix eval/build/home-manager gate;
return evidence to DotfilesExpert ownership/verification graph.

Inspection must not trigger a build. Build/eval capabilities are explicit and bounded.

Acceptance: a Home Manager-managed target resolves from deployed path -> dotfiles ownership -> NixExpert source/option evidence -> required verification, all with zero model calls for the read-only path.
