Consume the provider-neutral llm-log snapshot/API from lost-rob0t/llm-log#79 / PR #82. No provider credentials or network calls in Qtile polling. Show unavailable/stale/reset-expired states explicitly. Retain existing OpenRouter telemetry, history and sync/reload behavior.

Canonical new source: .config/qtile/qtile-quotas.org -> qtile_quotas.py. Integrate into existing telemetry factory, pin the exact llm-log implementation, enable the Home Manager quota collector, document runtime-only credentials and GPT Codex-vs-ChatGPT scope. Verify Org/generated parity, full Qtile regressions, actual Qtile class construction, Nix syntax and separate host activation.

Left-click cycle/pause, middle-click resume, right-click plan/scope/reset details; defaults five-second rotation, green <70%, yellow >=70%, red >=90%. Github delivery is not proof of canonical Forgejo sync or live host deployment.
