Add an Auto-Dig specialization for source-orchestration targets emitted by star:v1:orchestrator:source.

Research output

A research run should return structured candidate-source evidence back into canonical StarIntel documents/targets:

source locator and protocol/type;
theater/topic/language;
provenance;
observed usefulness/freshness;
known access constraints;
supporting evidence document IDs;
required collector capabilities;
whether an existing actor appears to satisfy the source.

The UI must not decide that a new actor is required merely because a new source exists. Capability classification belongs to StarIntel manifests/registry and the source orchestrator.

Acceptance

A fixture source-discovery target can launch a bounded research run, persist a structured result, and produce a follow-up target or resolution that the StarIntel CI issue projector can consume.
