Make Workbench release acceptance executable.

CI lanes

shared client unit + protocol golden fixtures;
Linux Tauri build + Playwright;
local real sidecar E2E;
reconnect/replay/cancellation/approval tests;
Android build;
Android instrumentation;
Termux integration smoke on supported runner/device lane;
artifact version/protocol compatibility checks.

Release artifacts

Nix package/app;
Linux desktop artifact;
Android APK/AAB;
later Windows/macOS without weakening Linux/Android gates.

Acceptance

UI-only DOM success cannot mask runtime failure.
Protocol incompatibility fails visibly.
Screenshots/traces/log bundles are retained on failure.
Candidate release proves one real end-to-end coding run on desktop and Android.
