Missing parity

Add Safari setup to Browser settings with structured guidance alongside Chromium-family setup.
Limit initial D-Bus and CUPS waits to one second so Browser/Desktop startup is not blocked by absent services.
Fit Desktop display to the active canvas instead of falling back to an aspect-ratio crop on narrow viewports.
Fix Desktop/Office package installation against the Python 3.13-compatible Kali snapshot.
Preserve the shared browser-cleanup thread across context resets.

Acceptance

Safari setup is discoverable and platform-gated appropriately.
Browser/Desktop startup does not stall on unavailable D-Bus/CUPS beyond the bounded startup wait.
Narrow canvas layouts show the whole desktop without crop fallback.
Desktop/Office package install smoke tests pass on the supported Python 3.13 image/snapshot.
Resetting a context does not orphan or duplicate browser-cleanup workers.
