Already present

a0-symbolics already contains consolidated a0-create-plugin and a0-manage-plugin skills and documents hooks.py lifecycle semantics, so do not duplicate those pieces.

Missing parity

Add the on-demand guide for managing projects, chats, profiles, and saved tasks through existing APIs.
Hide remote skill discovery until the A0 CLI is actually connected.
Ingest the v2.12 skill-example JSON fixes/validation coverage where the local catalog still differs.
Reconcile the upstream skill-description cleanup with the fork's own catalog descriptions without replacing fork-specific symbolic/plugin guidance.

Acceptance

An agent can load one focused guide and correctly manage projects/chats/profiles/saved tasks through supported APIs without inventing endpoints.
Remote skills are not advertised when no CLI connection can satisfy them.
Remote discovery appears promptly after a valid CLI connection.
All bundled JSON skill examples parse under regression tests.
Catalog descriptions remain concise and preserve a0-symbolics-specific routing/skill semantics.
